WITH INTERIOR SWITCH

A double-sided light consisting of a red lighting unit and an orange base that houses the batteries.
The luminous device is indispensable in all road construction sites to complement the usual signals at night and in cases of poor visibility.
There is a triangular attachment at the top so that it can be installed on hooks and/or specific supports.
The base allows the flashing light to rotate 360°. The base contains 1 battery (to be ordered separately) and the on/off standby switch, which can be accessed using the supplied key. There is a sliding attachment at the back for fitting the universal mounting bracket (to be ordered separately).

Advantages:

All Scar flashing lights use LEDs. This provides a considerable advantage in that LEDs consume much less power than bulbs and, therefore, the battery has a very long life.

Instructions:

The luminous device is indispensable in all roadworks for supplementing ordinary signalling during the night and in conditions of poor visibility. All Scar signal lamps are flash, i.e., they are equipped with LEDs. The LED offers significant benefits over a traditional bulb, with a relatively low current absorption and thus also remarkably long battery service life.

Advice:

Excerpt from Ministerial Decree dated 10 July 2002:
At night and in all cases of poor visibility, the oblique barrier that may precede the work area must be supplemented by steady red lights (at least one bulb every 1.5 m of perimeter barrier). The "roadworks" sign (fig. II 383) must be fitted with a similar steady red light. For pedestrian safety, perimeter fences around construction sites, excavations, operating equipment and machinery, as well as their working range, must be marked with steady red lights.
