BLUE VISCOUS GREASE
BLUSCAR GREASE EP2 is a blue synthetic-based grease formulated with selected mineral oils and extreme pressure (EP), anti-wear, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, anti-corrosion additives, and is thickened with lithium soaps.
The product is highly water repellent due to the use of special synthetic raw materials.
NLGI CONSISTENCY: 2
The product has the following properties:
High dropping point;
Very resistant to high temperatures;
Resistant to extreme pressure (EP) and wear: provides protection even in the presence of high and/or intermittent loads;
Withstands mechanical stresses;
Excellent protection against oxidation, rust and corrosion;
Extremely resistant to being washed away by hot and cold water. The product does not soften and does not get stripped off even if exposed to lots of water;
Highly adhesive, preventing it from being mechanically removed from the lubricated parts;
For use at operating temperatures between -20 °C and +120 °C: if applied more frequently, the product can also be used at peak temperatures of up to 140 °C.
Application area:
Suitable for joints, bushings, frames, hubs, fifth wheels, bearings for medium- to low-speed applications, mechanisms of all types, industrial equipment and drive chains.
It can also be used in countless other applications such as transport, heavy industry, processing industry, ports and maritime structures and for all applications where there may be significant quantities of water.
