Hexagon nut: stand-off installations, racks, wardrobes, lamps, ventilation, ducts, washbasins, wall-mounted WCs, urinals, suspended pipework etc.

Advice:
Minimum cavity depths and drill hole diameters must be observed. On the M10 version, a pre-mounted rubber plug fills the large drill hole.
