The Scar 3.5 welder is equipped with PFC (Power Factor Correction) technology, which allows it to:
• Correct voltage waveform distortion
• Correct current waveform distortion
• Phase the voltage with the current
• Power the inverter with the constant voltage.
It also complies with the most stringent regulations on harmonic distortion (EN 61000-3-12) and ERP energy efficiency.
Energy savings of 30% compared to a normal inverter and 50% compared to SCR technology.
