Polyurethane cleaner for assembly gun care after use

Field of Application:

The universal cleaner dissolves fresh polyurethane foam and thoroughly cleans the interior of assembly guns.

Advice:

Use the black adapter to screw the PU cleaner can gently onto the gun coupling until it stops. Do not tilt the can or overtighten. Carefully pull the gun trigger to remove any remaining foam from inside the gun body. As soon as PU cleaner emerges from the opening of the extension tube, release the trigger. Allow the cleaner to work inside the gun for approx. 1 to 2 minutes. Drain into a container by opening the nozzle (actuate the trigger) until clear PU cleaner emerges. If necessary, repeat this process 2 to 3 times.

Cured 1-component gun foam cannot be removed using universal cleaner, even if the cleaner is left to work for an extended period. Do not remove cured gun foam from the gun body using sharp instruments.
Caution: Universal cleaner can dissolve or stain substrates so it is advisable to test it in an inconspicuous spot before use.
Please observe the operating instructions for your assembly gun. Please observe the safety instructions on the can and the information on the safety data sheet. Clean foam guns after each application. Never clean the gun with water
