The jaw end is equipped with an innovative ratchet mechanism and is angled at 15°. This allows the jaw end to be used as a "ratchet tool" too.
The wrenches are straight in design and produced from chromium vanadium steel.
The surface has a fine satin finish. The ring end has precisely 72 teeth and has a slim design, which allows work in the tightest spaces that are too small for ratchet tools and sockets.
Advantages:
RECA Varius wrenches provide all the advantages of a ratchet tool and much more besides!
All RECA Varius wrenches feature fine toothing — the 72 teeth allow a swivelling angle of only 5° (a coarsely toothed ratchet requires 10°, a standard combination wrench at least 30°!). You simply need much less space to work in!
The slim ring side enables working in the tightest spaces, even those too small for ratchet tools and sockets.
Torque values even exceed DIN standard 3110 for standard combination wrenches (no ratchet function).
As with all RECA tools, the ring side of Varius wrenches grips the faces instead of the sides of screws and nuts. This prevents slipping or jumping!
Extra accessories convert the RECA Varius into a real ratchet for sockets or bits within seconds!
