Normaclamp® W1 steel collar clamp.
Collar clamps, unlike normal hose clamps, have a reduced range of diameters and are recommended for mounting at consistent diameters and for light duty applications. They have rounded edges to prevent damage to the tube and are made from galvanized steel. They can be used with electric/pneumatic screwdrivers thanks to the screw.
