EGR VALVE CLEANER SPRAY 400 ml

LOCTITE® SF 7023™ is a high-quality product based on high-power solvents. This product quickly dissolves deposits of resin, oil and paint. LOCTITE® SF 7023™ is used on air intakes, carburettor parts, valves, actuators, injectors, throttle levers, mass air flow meters and plastic parts. The product leaves no film that can cause jamming of parts.

Field of Application:

Carburettor cleaner. Removes oil, grease and dirt. Suitable for cleaning air intakes, carburettors, EGR valves, actuators, injectors, mass air flow meters and plastic parts. The product, which evaporates quickly, leaves no film.

Advice:

This product is not recommended for use in pure oxygen and/or oxygen-rich systems and should not be used with chlorine or other strong oxidising materials.

Instructions:

1. Shake the product thoroughly before use.
2. Spray the external surfaces of the carburettor and wipe clean with a dry cloth.
3. Start the engine and run for several minutes until hot.
4. Stop engine, remove air filter from carburettor and spray for at least 10 seconds into the air intake opening.
5. Leave to soak for three minutes.
6. Start the engine and spray for a further 30 seconds into the air intake opening.
7. Allow the engine to run with occasional revving, until it runs smoothly.

NOTE: Wash off immediately if accidentally sprayed on car finish. Can cause wax or paint streaking.
