Application area:

The newly developed HACCP range has been produced in accordance with the specifications of the European Association of Brushware Producers. The three-way colour coding of our assortment helps the user to easily distinguish between different sources of contamination, application areas and cleaning zones and thus avoid cross-contamination.

Field of Application:

The abbreviation HACCP stands for "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points". The German definition of HACCP is therefore "Risiko-Analyse Kritischer Kontroll-Punkte". HACCP therefore means the hazard analysis and verification of all critical points at any stage during the preparation, processing, production, packaging, storage, transport, allocation, treatment and distribution of food.
