Field of Application:

Shoulder-free matting, line matting, satin finish and removal of dirt and oxide layers on stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous base metals.
Depending on the material used, it is possible to achieve a wide variety of matt and semi-gloss effects on steel, chrome steel, copper, brass, light metal and other materials.

Advantages:

A better sanding effect is achieved by using additional abrasive cloth between the non-woven abrasive

Advice:

Please note: Pay attention to the direction of rotation! Tools are only suitable for clockwise rotation!

General working instructions:

At high rotation speeds, a coarse grain acts like a finer grain and at low rotation speeds a fine grain acts like a coarser grain.

Use tools with a low contact pressure; high contact pressure and sharp edges lead to premature wearing.

If chip removal is insufficient, do not increase the contact pressure, but instead use a coarser grain.
