FOAM EFFECT sprayer made from 2.5 mm painted steel for cleaning agents with painted tank with internal epoxy-plastic coating.
Unlike drop-by-drop nebulization, where excessively large drops fail to cover the full space and drops tend to fall downwards due to their weight, with DOUBLE LIFE, nebulization is in the form of a dense mist composed of very small particles that allow for even and homogeneous coverage of the treated surfaces.

SPRAYER EQUIPMENT:
1 x gun (internal parts made of Viton+stainless steel)
1 x 600 mm stainless steel jet pipe with fan-shaped foam nozzle
1 x pressure gauge
1 x safety valve
1 x manual relief valve
1 x air pressure regulator
1 x air mixing valve and detergent mixing valve
1 x shut-off ball valve
1 x 10 m nylon hose

Advantages:

Thanks to the use of plastic on the inner surface of the sprayer tank, the tank itself is insulated from the chemical and is not affected by the cleaning agent chemicals, thus avoiding oxidation and the formation of rust.
The tank lasts twice as long as a normal tank

Instructions:

Always follow the instructions on the label of the chemical and/or technical data sheet when using cleaning agents and mixing them with the sprayer
You must read the use and maintenance booklet before using the equipment
Equipment produced according to the standard PED 2014/68/EU

Advice:

The device must remain connected to the compressed air supply during use. When the pressure reaches 6 bar, open the product valve and then the air valve, adjusting both until you achieve the desired foaming effect
