The problem solver for drilling large holes in strong material
This universal tool is perfect for drilling large holes in strong material (up to 10 mm) such as T-beams. This tool can be used for centring, tapping, reboring and deburring the material in a single process. The EVO Multi Drill replaces a variety of different tools such as twist drills, annular cutters, hole saws, countersinks etc.
The new cutting geometry significantly reduces the machining time and makes the tool indispensable thanks to the wide variety of possible applications.
Application area:
The tool with art. no. 0623 900 612 covers the following diameters: 6.0/7.0/8.0/9.0/10.0/11.0/12.0 mm
The tool with art. no. 0623 900 620 covers the following diameters: 6.0/8.0/10.0/12.0/14.0/16.0/18.0/20.0 mm
The tool with art. no. 0623 900 627 covers the following diameters: 6.0/9.0/12.0/15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0 mm
Advantages:
- Turbo tip
Precision spot drilling - no centre punching; low feed rate and cutting forces - energy-saving operation
- Universal tool - no tool box should be without one
No need for multiple tools - a single tool covers seven or eight different diameters - deburring possible with the next setting
Can be used in many materials - in almost all metals (cooling must be provided for stainless steel), wood, plastic etc.
Easy to operate - suitable for cordless drills, mains-operated and stationary machines
- Revolutionary cutting geometry
Drill large holes in strong materials (up to 10 mm) more quickly and easily than ever before - no special machines required - no need for multiple tools, fewer tool changes necessary
- TiAlN coating
Maximum service life - no built-up edges, higher surface hardness, higher heat stability, dry machining possible
- TRICON shank for positive-fit power transmission
No movement in the drill chuck - optimal power transmission/no groove formation; excessively deep clamping in drill chuck is avoided - optimal elasticity; low energy expenditure when opening and closing the drill chuck - protects your drill chuck
