Detectable beard cover

The disposable non-woven beard cover is detectable by metal detectors and offers very cost-effective protection against contamination caused by hairs.

Suitable for all beard styles: one size

Equipped with a double-stitched elasticated band for a comfortable fit while ensuring hygienic protection against hairs. Breathable, making it comfortable to wear. Maximum height when stretched: 210 mm, maximum width when stretched: 400 mm.

Manufactured in specialised cleanroom facilities to prevent cross contamination. Controlled environments reduce contamination caused by foreign bodies and provide real-time air monitoring and particle filtration. To help combat pathogens, each unit is subject to intense UV-C irradiation to kill microbes, preventing them from growing back with vacuum packaging as standard. The production will be integrated into our ISO-accredited facilities (9001, 15000 and 45001), ensuring that a high level of production quality is maintained.
