The third-party marking complies in size and colour with the requirements of Article 45 of Law 298/74, where it is specified that it is not required to be retroreflective.
The third-party marking has a permanent adhesive sticker and is easy to apply.
Advice:
This marking is mandatory for commercial vehicles that must identify the type of transport on account of third parties. The lack of such marking is sanctioned by Article 47 of the aforementioned law.
