Led bulb for applications such as parking lamps for trucks and trailers with BA15s fitting (24V) - Replaces traditional 5 or 10 W / 24 V lamps - Lamp power 1 W / 24 V - Shockproof and waterproof polycarbonate lamp - Bulb service life up to 10,000 hours

Advantages:

Roughly 50 times longer-lasting than traditional bulbs; 10,000 hours equates to 50 bulb changes - Highlight output with two LED lamp - No vibration-induced bulb breakage - Very low energy consumption (1 W / 24 W)

Advice:

These rear light LED bulbs are part of the next generation of bulbs and benefit from long service life and very low energy consumption. It is important, however, to be extremely careful when using these bulbs; they cannot and should not be mounted on vehicle lights from the latest generation. In general we refer to all trucks and semi-trailers where services are managed by control units. This means vehicles from late 2002/early 2003 onwards. The controllers are "mapped" to detect traditional bulb energy absorption with resistance. Therefore, replacing them with, e.g., SCARLED for example, an alarm will sound on the control unit and the lights will malfunction. This concept also clearly applies to the Aspock EUROPOINT 2 light if LED bulbs are being used for parking. This application cannot be done on vehicles with control units. The same problem can be encountered with the ECOPOINT light with LED from Aspock pag. 02.212. For example, the indicator may not work. This problem can be overcome by inserting a control unit that correctly communicates the data between the light and the vehicle's computer. It is an approved device and can be purchased specially from ASPOCK. Obviously LED lights and bulbs can be used without issue on all vehicles without control units, i.e., from before 2003, which is still the largest group of vehicles in Italy.
