Pyramid technology with hook-and-loop fastening support
- Formed by a pyramidal structure composed of multiple abrasive layers. As such, as the abrasives in the upper layers wear away, new sharp mineral grains appear. This results in a better finish than ever before.
- Grinding processes up to 50% faster.
- Conventional abrasives are very sharp at first, but their cutting ability decreases very quickly and, consequently, more pressure needs to be applied in order to achieve much more irregular finishes.
- The recommended working speed ranges from 6000 to 7000 rpm
- RECA discs reduce pressure and increase cutting capacity on the part, resulting in a very low heat input and more perfect finishes
