Spring-loaded spacer clip W2B. Elastic worm gear spacer clip with constant tension and clamping calibration device.
Combines the versatility of a screw clamp with the elasticity of spacer clips that usually have a very limited range of applications. SALT SPRAY RESISTANCE: 200 hours min.
The elasticity of the spring system constantly maintains the pressure effort of the strap on the sleeve despite the dilation and contraction movements of the latter, due to temperature variations.
The band consists of padded strap with rounded edges and strapping outwards. The part is designed to limit aggressiveness on the sleeves and to facilitate coupling with the screw.

Advantages:
The Nemobe has been designed to ensure perfect tightness of connections exposed to temperatures between -40°C and +130°C and to eliminate further screwing operations after the first few cycles of use.
Instructions:
The double head screw (calibrated break fuse) ensures initial tightening safety: when tightening, the screw tip breaks as the recommended tightening torque is reached. This provides visual certainty that the spacer clip has been closed correctly and that the spring system is working with the correct operating tension. The second head allows the spacer clip to be reused
