WINE DETERGENT FOR THE WINE INDUSTRY
High alkalinity detergent specific for sugary - starchy stains (fruit juices, jams, wine, flour, etc...) Especially designed for the cleaning of systems, inox steel tanks and pasteurisers and for the wine and food (fruit processing) industries. It removes efectively deposits (tartrate) and colouring (tannins). It can also be used for cleaning bottles, carboys, fibreglass containers, non-inox steel vats. It can also be used with pressure washers and nebulisers.
Field of Application:
Cleans systems, pasteurisers and tanks
Instructions:
Dilute as in table and introduce to system at a temperature not exceeding 90° C. Rinse thoroughly with water before reusing system.
AVOID CONTACT WITH ALUMINIUM AND ITS ALLOYS
The product meets the biodegradability requirements set out in EC regulation no. 648/2004 on cleaning agents.
