SYNTHETIC EMULSIFIABLE METAL CUTTING AND GRINDING FLUID
Mixture of high-power lubricating oils. Excellent cooling power. Low vapour pressure that protects the product from the emission of fumes and unpleasant odours. Good protective power that protects against rust.
The liquid part is a synthetic fluid that can be emulsified easily in water and forms a white emulsion of excellent stability. Always pour the oil into the water and never vice versa. Oil should be added gradually.
% of use:
3 % for grinding
3-5 % for turning - milling - drilling
4-6 % for boring - threading
6-8 % for saw cutting - blanking
Application area:
For lubricating during cutting, threading, drilling and drying operations. Can be used in both normal and automatic machinery. Suitable for hard metals and stainless steel.
