High-performance bandsaws
RECA ULTRA saw blades offer exceptional performance in cuts susceptible to vibration. Vibrations when cutting tubes, beams and profiles exert excessive stress on conventional blades and considerably reduce their service life and cutting area. For such demanding applications, RECA offers the perfect solution with the ULTRA blade.
The new reinforced back of the tooth increases the resistance of the tooth to vibrations during interrupted cuts and protects the saw blade from tooth breakage. The tooth edge is made from HSS M42 steel, which has very good mechanical properties. The RECA ULTRA bandsaw offers the best results when cutting round tubes and square tubes and beams.
