2-component chemical injection mortar for universal use


It is a composite mortar based on polyester resin for medium and heavy work, increasing expansion pressure in solid materials. When using perforated sleeves, it also provides a secure hold.

When not using a perforated sleeve, it can be applied to: uncracked concrete, reinforced concrete or mass concrete, of normal weight and strength class C20/25 to C50/60, with threaded rod M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24. Solid masonry with threaded rod M8, M10, M12, M16.

Advantages:


  • Use in conjunction with A4, Class 70 and 80 stainless steel elements in dry internal conditions, structures subject to external atmospheric exposure (including industrial and marine environments) or permanent wet exposure in internal conditions, if there are no particularly aggressive conditions.

  • Application with zinc-plated or sendzimir galvanised steel elements, class 4.8 and 5.8 in dry internal conditions.

  • Supports static or near-static loads.
